Becoming a RICS Member
Our team includes RICS Supervisors, Counsellors and Assessors. We have successfully trained numerous surveyors from all backgrounds to become members of the RICS. Our service provides:
Counselling services to assist the trainee.
Our trained RICS counsellors will assist you at each step of the pathway to becoming an industry professional. We establish regular sessions to ensure your knowledge is developing and that you are equipped with the skills required to become a professional.
Day to day mentoring services.
As you learn, we have the opportunity to join our team on short term placements to apply your newly found knowledge in real world scenarios.
Accompanied survey inspections.
Assisting you in the application of your skills ‘in the real world’ and a better understanding of construction and building pathology, lead by Chartered Surveyors.
Mock interviews prior to the APC.
Our trained assessors will provide you with the confidence to approach the APC interview and presentation with the required skillset.
Review of all submission documentation.
Prior to your submission, our team will help you demonstrate your knowledge with the submission of your case study and specific areas of knowledge.
