Expert Witness

Our team provides an independent Expert Witness service for professional RICS clients at each stage of the process through to presenting in legal proceedings.
As an expert witness, we provide opinion based evidence as evidence of fact with our specialised knowledge. Our role as an expert witness is to provide the Court or tribunal an impartial opinion on aspects of matters that are in dispute.
We provide expert witness reports and Joint Statements, in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. We also comply with the RICS Combined Practice Statements and Guidance Notes for Surveyors Acting as Expert Witnesses.
Our Expert Witness service is often combined with other services; however, we can be commissioned as a standalone service.
