With a wealth of experience in our ranks, our senior surveyor has over 50 years’ experience in the residential property sector and provides guidance to the team.
In order to provide you with an exemplary service, each of our surveyors is fully chartered (MRICS or FRICS) and has over 10 years of proven experience in their field.
We are centrally located within the UK, with surveyor coverage throughout the country. Our surveyors pride themselves on their local knowledge in the areas they work.
At SPI, we believe in the further development of specialists and professionals in our industry. Therefore we invest time and resources to help others achieve their professional status. Our surveyor trainee programme reaches out to others who need assistance, a service which we provide free of charge.
